Natural Development LCC is a local real estate company in Texas that has bought over 400 acres of land adjacent to Onion Creek and the Colorado River and between the Texas 130 and Texas 71 with plans to turn it into a small town with over 1000 homes and business and thousands of residents.

Natural Development LLC is an Austin-based developer with big plans for Watersedge, the unlikely name of the high-class community to be created on the Greenfield site near the Texas 71 and Texas 130.
